Bibliography....?

Help! I'm really confused about how to do the bibliography for my proposal. If I have stated an article I have read on the internet, do I then footnote it and at the bottom write the website etc.?

    i don't think you even need to put it in a bibliography if you have referenced it in a footnote for this task. The project itself you need to do both.

    My computer won't let me footnote!!! So I'm just going to bracket the numbers and do a bibliography...
